Shipping policy
All orders are processed 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has been shipped.
The shipping time depends on your location and which carrier you choose. If you choose a traceable shipment solution (e.g. DHL) you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the shipment.
Expect international shipments outside the Europe to take 1–3 weeks, depending on your location. Orders within Europe take approximately 1–2 weeks.
For orders outside the EU and Norway, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Eva Eriksson Design is not responsible for these charges; you, the customer, are responsible for paying them.
Returns and Exchanges
Did you order the wrong size or would you prefer a different colour?
Please contact us by email: info@silentsocks.com and we will assist you. We offer free shipping for new exchanged products, but you will still need to pay for the return of the original order.
We accept returns and exchanges of unused products up to 14 days from receipt of the products. Please send returns to:
